All top heads are new except bass. All bottom heads original. Front bass
head is a little ripped at the microphone hole and "repaired"
with duct tape.
This set is only moderately used and in overall great shape. It’s about 7 years old. I used it moderately for about 3 years when I first got it. Then I didn’t play them at all until the beginning of 2006 when I played them 2 times (that's when I got the new heads mentioned above).
This set at this price is great for anyone (beginners or otherwise) who needs a rock drum set with top quality cymbals and decent, sturdy hardware without spending $900-$1,100 brand new. It’s truly a steal of a deal.

Approx 2 years old and only used for about 6
months. Works
perfectly as new.
VERY good shape EXCEPT you'll need to get new flights
for the
darts (flights will cost you from $2 to $3.50 per pack of 3
flights depending where you buy them - Walmart, Target, or State
Amusement).
